Dr. Vogel sees the following patients:
• Women with newly diagnosed, biopsy-proven breast cancer (either invasive or ductal carcinoma in situ)
• Patients who are seeking a second opinion about the management of their breast cancer, either newly diagnosed or with a local or distant recurrence
• Women with recurrent breast cancer on either their chest wall or at a distant site (bone, liver, lung, brain) who are candidates for systemic therapy
• Patients with a recent breast biopsy showing either atypical hyperplasia (ductal or lobular) or lobular carcinoma in situ who have questions about managing their risk of breast cancer
• Patients who are contemplating taking either tamoxifen or raloxifene for reducing their personal risk of breast cancer
• Any male with breast cancer
• Pregnant women with breast cancer
