About us

Dedicated to your Community
Geisinger-Bellefonte has been a valuable Centre County resource for nearly 20 years. Located in the historic county seat, our physicians at this office provide care for the entire family.
You also can find us at area health events throughout the year, providing screenings, information and programs to help residents stay safe and healthy.

Our local caregivers are your community neighbors, but we also are connected to the vast resources - including cutting-edge research, technology and medical education - of Geisinger Medical Center and the entire Geisinger Health System.

Please see our list of physicians and services on the right, and call us today to schedule your appointment.

The CareSite Pharmacies at Geisinger Medical Groups can fill all your prescriptions before you leave your doctor's office. The onsite pharmacy staff is available to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pharmacy care. They now offer over 120 medications for $4 (30-day supply), flavored medications for children and free local delivery. You can even order refills by calling the pharmacy or visiting www.caresiterx.com.

Geisinger's Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Program, staffed by CPSL physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, provides both acute and transitional care to patients living in area nursing homes, enhancing the care they already receive from nursing home staff.  The SNF Program streamlines patient transition from physician offices or hospitals to the nursing home and improves patient outcomes to reduce the need for hospitalization, working closely with nursing home staff to coordinate and improve patient care.
