Our skilled physicians are here for your primary-care needs, from physicals and well-visits to follow-up care after illness or injury, and outreach services are available for a variety of specialties. We also offer the convenience of eyeglass and laboratory services right on-site, and Geisinger's women's health and pediatric care practice is conveniently located adjacent to our office.

The physicians treat each patient with personal attention and you'll notice that outside of our office as well, where you will find us providing regular screenings and educational materials at area health fairs.

When you need help managing a chronic, complex, or newly diagnosed medical condition, turn to Geisinger's ProvenHealth Navigator program.

Our ProvenHealth Navigator program is a free program designed to enhance the care of Geisinger Gold members, and reduce hospitalizations and trips to the emergency room. A ProvenHealth Navigator nurse case manager will be assigned to you, and can coordinate all of your care, develop a care plan specifically for you, review your medications, make sure you get all the necessary check-ups and screenings recommended for your age and connect you with community resources, if needed.
