The CareSite Pharmacies at Geisinger Medical Groups can fill all your prescriptions before you leave your doctor's office. The onsite pharmacy staff is available to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pharmacy care. When you need help managing a chronic, complex, or newly diagnosed medical condition, turn to Geisinger's ProvenHealth Navigator program.

Our ProvenHealth Navigator program is a free program designed to enhance the care of Geisinger Gold members, and reduce hospitalizations and trips to the emergency room. A ProvenHealth Navigator nurse case manager will be assigned to you, and can coordinate all of your care, develop a care plan specifically for you, review your medications, make sure you get all the necessary check-ups and screenings recommended for your age and connect you with community resources, if needed.
