About us
Geisinger-Gray's Woods, a multi-specialty clinic located on 52 acres off the I-99 interchange in Patton Township, opened Aug. 5, 2008.
The large outpatient facility offers primary and specialty care, and ancillary services for the Centre County area. The new building includes 70 exam rooms, 16 procedure rooms, an expanded imaging center, laboratory services and an on-site pharmacy.
The CareSite Pharmacies at Geisinger Medical Groups can fill all your prescriptions before you leave your doctor's office. The onsite pharmacy staff is available to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pharmacy care. They now offer over 120 medications for $4 (30-day supply), flavored medications for children and free local delivery. You can even order refills by calling the pharmacy or visiting www.caresiterx.com.
Primary care services include OB/GYN, pediatrics and family medicine. Specialty services include cardiology, urology, pulmonology, sleep medicine and ophthalmology.

Geisinger's Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Program, staffed by CPSL physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, provides both acute and transitional care to patients living in area nursing homes, enhancing the care they already receive from nursing home staff. The SNF Program streamlines patient transition from physician offices or hospitals to the nursing home and improves patient outcomes to reduce the need for hospitalization, working closely with nursing home staff to coordinate and improve patient care.

**UPDATE**
Work continues on the Gray’s Woods II addition, which began in September. Once completed in early 2014, the two-story 78,000 square foot addition will more than double the current size of the building, allowing for continued expansion of both primary care and specialty services.
Gray’s Woods II will contain a full-service ambulatory surgery center with four endoscopy suites, four operating rooms and two pain therapy suites. The addition will allow expansion of outpatient surgery capabilities and consolidate surgical specialties into one location.
Additionally, it will include an extensive radiology department, a comprehensive breast center and expanded cardiovascular, pulmonary, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, GI nutrition and pediatric outreach programs. Otolaryngology services will move from University Drive to Gray’s Woods II as well.
