Intended Audience

Physicians, psychologists, counselors, nursing staff, advanced practitioners, pharmacists, school staff, agency staff and others who work with or are interested in Autistic children.


At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
  • describe the genetic components of Autism based on current research
  • describe how to secure genetic testing as part of Autism assessment
  • list three current effective treatment modalities for Autism
